The challenge
E-pagos needed to strengthen its functional validation processes and support the continuous evolution of its digital platforms within a high-demand operational environment with frequent changes.
The main challenge was to introduce a QA practice integrated into the development cycle, improving traceability, test coverage, and the quality of deliverables over critical modules of the E-pagos portal and web.
Working collaboratively with the internal development and QA teams was also key to keeping operations aligned with business objectives and delivery timelines.
The solution
From Qualis Lab we joined as a QA team inside the E-pagos Software Factory model, working together with the internal development and quality teams.
The engagement included:
