The challenge
Marsol, a leading foodservice equipment company in Chile, runs its commercial operation on the coexistence of Salesforce CPQ, for pricing and quoting, and SAP Business One as the core of its management. For that model to work, the integration between both systems must be solid and performant.
In practice, that integration had failures: inbound and outbound interfaces that did not work correctly, automatic processes misaligned between systems, integrations with performance problems and a lack of documentation. The result was duplicated tasks, inconsistent information and delays that impacted commercial agility and, for a growing company, represented a direct risk to business continuity.
Our solution
As a certified Salesforce partner, Qualis Lab took on the specialized support of Marsol's Salesforce CPQ environment and its integration with SAP Business One, under a model of continuous support and defined SLAs. The work included:
- Stabilization of the inbound and outbound interfaces between Salesforce and SAP B1.
- Realignment of the automatic processes between both systems.
- Optimization of the integrations' performance.
- Organization and documentation of processes and integrations.
- Agile incident resolution with strict SLA compliance.
- Continuous support as a flexible and reliable partner.
Results
- Elimination of operational duplication between SAP and Salesforce.
- Greater productivity and strategic focus for the teams.
- A robust and stable integration in a technically complex scenario.
- Peace of mind and operational continuity for the business.
