Napse needed to support the continuous evolution of its retail and omnichannel suite, ensuring stability, quality, and proper operation across different channels and integrations.
The challenge involved working across multiple functional flows and critical APIs within a highly complex operational ecosystem, while also providing close support to both clients and end users when incidents were reported in production.
It was also necessary to strengthen traceability, coverage, and continuous validation over strategic platform features.
